At SunthetiX, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products designed to support smoother, brighter, and more even-looking skin. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The product must be unused and sealed
• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.

To request a return, please email support@sunthetix.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please include the following in your email to support@sunthetix.com:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SunthetiX cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened skincare products
• Used products
• Items marked as final sale

Individual skincare results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle factors, and the cause of discoloration. SunthetiX products are cosmetic formulations designed to improve the appearance of uneven skin tone and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
